	Marc Benjamin Managing Director Marc heads up the Get Private team and has been working in the financial services sector since 1987 and in specialist private medical insurance since 1995. He launched Get Private in 2001 to offer clients discounted rates on their healthcare plans and its innovative approach immediately attracted substantial national press coverage. As well as looking after a large number of individual and corporate clients, Marc runs the business day to day and regularly attends conferences to ensure his product and industry knowledge remains up to date.


	Bob Davis Healthcare Specialist Bob is the elder statesman of the team having worked with Marc in specialist private medical insurance since 1995 and helped him to launch Get Private in 2001. He has successfully built up a large client base, including a number of medium size businesses, and his strong relationships with them is testament to the fact he consistently provides a high level of personal service and ensures every client receives exceptional value for money. Bob, who thoroughly enjoys his work, is also a regular figure at conferences and meetings and is highly respected within the healthcare industry.


	Sarita Manzi Healthcare Specialist Sarita joined Get Private in 2007, bringing her extensive experience in the health insurance industry to the team. That includes working for Norwich Union Healthcare for three years and as a health insurance broker for four years. In her customer service focused role at Get Private she advises and helps individuals and SME businesses to find the right health insurance policy and best premiums for their needs. Sarita works hard in her spare time too, studying to increase her industry qualifications and knowledge base.


	Cheryl Harris Head of Administration Cheryl joined Get Private just a year after its launch and provides expert administration and sales support to Marc and the team. Before joining Get Private, Cheryl worked in the insurance industry in a variety of roles including administration, training and human resources, giving her a comprehensive insight into the insurance sector. She is a key member of the Get Private team, using her vast experience to support both clients and the team.


	Suzanne Freer Healthcare Administrator Suzanne joined Get Private in 2003 and supports Bob on all administrative matters, dealing with the day to day management of the high volume of paperwork that is constantly generated. Suzanne has built up good relationships with Bob’s clients and is always on hand and very able to deal with client queries.


	Hayley Jarrett Healthcare Administrator Hayley is the newest member of the team having joined Get Private after graduating from Keele University with a BA (honours) degree in Sociology and human geography. She plays a support role to Sarita helping with administration and routine office duties.
